Delivery Guide
Argyll Pictures is relatively young but as part of the long-established Pictureframes Group, our experience in shipping framed pictures is second to none. A framed picture is probably the most difficult item to ship securely and yet we genuinely ship all over the world without mishap.
This guide provides a brief overview of the procedures and pricing we use for delivery. Please note that all these points apply to deliveries to UK mainland only. The Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man may have different treatment and this is noted in the individual sections. Deliveries outside the UK & Northern Ireland are quoted individually. We regularly ship framed artwork around the world. For details of shipping outside the UK, please click here.
Wherever practical, we use recycled materials for packaging.

Charges
Our charge for packing and postage of Custom-Made items is £14.75, this includes VAT. If the order is for an item that is mounted but not framed then the charge is reduced to £9.50.
These rates are for mainland UK delivery. To all Scottish Islands, the Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, the charge for any order is £29.75.

Delivery Dates and Times
We use Interlink Express couriers for all our UK and Northern Ireland deliveries. They normally deliver between 08:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday. Please make sure that when you order you provide us with an address where there will be someone to sign for the package between those times. See also ‘Delivery Notification’ below.

Delivery Notification
When your order is ready to be shipped, we will email you at the email address you provided us with when you placed the order to let you know when it is due to arrive. If for any reason that is not convenient and no-one will be there to sign for the parcel, please let us know as soon as possible.

Delivery Method – UK
Our custom-made frames and mounts are packed using specially designed packaging to ensure that they arrive with you in good condition. Where practical we use recycled materials.
All orders destined for the UK and Northern Ireland will be delivered by Interlink Express. You can monitor the changes in the status of your order via My Pictureframes and once your order is despatched, the tracking number used by Interlink Express will appear there. You will then be able to monitor the progress of the delivery on the Interlink Express website by keying in your tracking number.
Interlink Express will try to deliver to an address three times and then will leave a card giving details of the depot from which you can collect the package.

Overseas Delivery
For overseas rates, please complete the order form with all of your details and click on the confirm purchase button but do not proceed with the online payment. We will see your order arrive and get in touch with you regarding delivery price. You may also wish to send us an e-mail in which case please put "Overseas Delivery Quotation Request" in the subject line.
