If you wish to cancel your purchased item within the 7 days of making your order, but you have already received your purchase then this needs to be returned to: Returns & Cancellations Dept: Pictureframes Ltd, Unit 22d Wincombe Business Park, Shaftesbury, Dorset SP7 9QJ It should be returned undamaged in appropriate packaging to ensure its safe arrival at Argyll Pictures & Framing. All returns are inspected on arrival and we regret that refunds cannot be issued if the goods are found to be damaged. We will refund the total amount paid for the goods (including VAT), less the original delivery charges (or collection charges) within 14 days of receiving the returned canceled product. If you wish to return unwanted goods we strongly advise you to send your package by registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in transit when returning. Delivery Our products tend to be delivered between 8am and 5pm on a working day. We therefore ask customers to give a delivery address that will be occupied. In this case, it is sometimes far easier to give a work address for delivery. IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE Please note our cancellations policy excludes custom framed art prints, custom framed limited editions, custom made frames, custom made mirrors and any product using the “frame that memory” service. These products are strictly non returnable and non refundable.
