However, please note that the reproduction of colour of our products may vary from how they appear on screen. Please also note that all dimensions are an approximation.

Designs and images on the Argyll Pictures & Framing website are the property of Argyll Pictures & Framing or their respective copyright owners. Please note that all intellectual property rights, copyrights and trademarks relating to Argyll Pictures & Framing are vested in Argyll Pictures & Framing.
It is not permitted to use, modify, distribute, replicate or reproduce any part of, or any of the designs and images on the Argyll Pictures & Framing website.
Argyll Pictures & Framing offer a superb service where you can upload a digital image and have it printed onto a variety of mediums. However, images that pertain to copyright infringement and inappropriate/offensive content as detailed below will not be printed.
Examples of images that cannot be printed:

1. Any images that Argyll Pictures & Framing consider to contain or promote violence, hatred or racial discrimination.
2. Any images that Argyll Pictures & Framing consider to be pornographic.
3. Argyll Pictures & Framing respect the intellectual property rights of others. We will not knowingly, intentionally of willfully reproduce, display or sell any unlicensed prints, images, photographs or original art, we reserve the right to request proof of ownership or rights to artwork or content.

The right to refuse to print any image is at the sole discretion of Argyll Pictures & Framing.

Loss Or Corrupted Materials
Argyll Pictures & Framing requests all users and service participants to have a backup of all materials submitted to us in order to safeguard against losses of any kind. You are responsible for creating back ups of your digital content. We will not accept responsibility for any loss of data and or files or other material resulting from Argyll Pictures & Framing suspension or deletion of data and or files, network or system outages, file corruption or for any other reason. You agree that the submission of any digital content or hard copy material to us and the upload or download of any material through the service is done solely at your own risk and that you are responsible for any loss or damage to your content or computer system however arising. We are not required to return any images or content that you upload or download to the site.

Storage and Inactive Account Policy
Argyll Pictures & Framing provides a unique and free online storage of images to service participants for an initial period of 30 days. This is from the date on which you upload your first image to your gallery account. To maintain this free storage, you must make a purchase from Argyll Pictures & Framing at least once every 6 months (the 6 month period will restart with each purchase). If you do not purchase any product or service from Argyll Pictures & Framing for a period of 6 months, Argyll Pictures & Framing reserve the right to delete the images stored in your account.

Argyll Pictures & Framing reserves the right to cancel the Service or to discontinue your account if it has been inactive for more than 6 months. We may do so at our discretion after sending an email warning to the registered account address. If you do not respond to the email within 10 days, your account and the images contained in it may be deleted.

Argyll Pictures & Framing reserve the right to change, without prior notice to you its storage and inactive account policy at any time. You should therefore check the site for updates in this and other policies.

Limitation of Liability
Argyll Pictures & Framing (including any of its principals, servants and agents), shall not be responsible for any loss or damage as a result of any act or omission the cause of which is outside its control. This includes but is not exclusive to the use of this website, loss of data, income or profit or such other losses.

In any event, Argyll Pictures & Framing shall only be liable for losses up to the cost of the purchased product(s).
Argyll Pictures & Framing reserve the right to change information, descriptions and specifications of listed products, goods and services.

Changes to this Agreement
From time to time Argyll Pictures & Framing reserve the right to change without prior notice the terms of this agreement. Any changes to this agreement will take effect from the day it is submitted onto the site.

We also reserve the right to change pricing and availability information without notice.

Should any materials used in the production of our frames or service be unavailable at the time of ordering, we will contact the customer and offer an alternative material of equal quality and similar in style. Therefore some designs and styles may vary slightly from those shown on the Argyll Pictures & Framing site/

Processing of Orders
Argyll Pictures & Framing aim to post your completed order within the specified timescale shown on the website. However, your order may be delayed if the ordered item is not in stock.

Payment
When ordering from Argyll Pictures & Framing, you will be asked to enter a debit, credit or charge card details. You must ensure that funds are available to cover all costs relating to your purchase and that you are the authorised card holder. All orders must be prepaid in full before processing.

We accept a broad range of payment types – including;

Your order will be processed once payment has been authorised. Argyll Pictures & Framing use Protx. Protx is a UK based gateway that provides a secure payment service.

All prices include VAT. Please note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Price Beater
In the event of you purchasing a framed print from Argyll Pictures & Framing and you find out that you could have had the print framed by a UK retailer (using exactly the same materials and dimensions as supplied by Argyll Pictures & Framing) at a cheaper price than that which you paid Argyll Pictures & Framing, we will reimburse the difference.

All you have to do is forward your Argyll Pictures & Framing receipt, within 30 days of your purchase from Argyll Pictures & Framing, and proof displaying a legitimate price difference, with your name and address to:

We will then forward you a cheque within 14 days of receipt for the price difference.

Euros
All Euro pricing is an estimate (not based on live exchange rates). However, we update our currency rates regularly to ensure an accurate Euro pricing as possible. Your order will be charged in Pounds Sterling (GBP) to your Credit/Debit card once your order is placed.

Limited Editions
Clearly, as the name implies, limited edition prints are of a limited number. In the event that there are no further prints available within limited edition, we will immediately notify you when you will be given the opportunity to either choose another print from our superb selection or obtain a full refund.

Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and note that all goods are inspected before posting. In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty or damaged product, you should notify Argyll Pictures & Framing within 7 days of purchase by email to Returns@ArgyllPictures.co.uk or in writing by post to:

Faulty and damaged products will be replaced free of charge and Argyll Pictures & Framing will reimburse your returns postal costs. The return postal cost of faulty items returned outside of our 7 day return policy (but within the manufacturers warranty period) is paid by the customer.

Cancellations Policy
In the unlikely event of you wanting to cancel your order with us, it should be done so within 7 days of first making your order. This should be done so by email to Cancellations@ArgyllPictures.co.uk or in writing by post to:

If you wish to cancel your purchased item within the 7 days of making your order, but you have already received your purchase then this needs to be returned to:

It should be returned undamaged in appropriate packaging to ensure its safe arrival at Argyll Pictures & Framing. All returns are inspected on arrival and we regret that refunds cannot be issued if the goods are found to be damaged. We will refund the total amount paid for the goods (including VAT), less the original delivery charges (or collection charges) within 14 days of receiving the returned cancelled product.
If you wish to return unwanted goods we strongly advise you to send your package by registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in transit when returning.

Delivery
Our products tend to be delivered between 8am and 5pm on a working day. We therefore ask customers to give a delivery address that will be occupied. In this case, it is sometimes far easier to give a work address for delivery.

IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE
Please note our cancellations & returns policy excludes custom framed art prints, custom framed limited editions, custom made frames, custom made mirrors and any product using the “frame that memory” service. These products are strictly non returnable and non refundable.
